If you are a parent or guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor athlete, you accept full responsibility for their use of the Site and participation in any programs.

All content on this Site—including text, images, videos, training materials, course modules, coaching resources, digital downloads, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of The Athletic Advisor, LLC and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, share, resell, or claim ownership of any content without our written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
3. Use of the Site
You agree NOT to:

Impersonate another user, coach, or representative of The Athletic Advisor

4. Coaching Disclaimer
The Athletic Advisor, LLC provides education, mental performance training, and general guidance, not clinical therapy, medical treatment, or licensed counseling.
Nothing on the Site or within our programs is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition.
Athletic performance varies by individual, and we make no guarantees of specific results (scholarships, recruiting outcomes, performance improvements, etc.).
5. Payments & Refund Policy
All purchases, including online courses, coaching programs, digital downloads, and memberships, are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
By purchasing, you authorize The Athletic Advisor, LLC to process your payment information securely.
Payment plans must be completed in full. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access and collection efforts.
6. Account Creation
Some services require an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain confidentiality of your login
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
